Shopme was created in a small town in Australia by a 15 year old passionate about clothes- and the planet.

"It all started when a close friend of mine confided in me. We had been discussing clothing and the difficulty of finding it. My friend admitted that she had recently resorted to buying fast fashion type clothing from a large e-commerce business, who is renowned for their cheapness but also lack of sustainability. She was truly up in arms; "I simply can't afford to buy sustainable clothes. Let alone ones which fit me and represent my individual style." 

I think this statement reflects many shoppers, especially those who are on a bit of a budget and are environmentally conscious.
